Best known for its excellent flavor, this Japanese turnip produces uniform globe-shaped roots with snow-white skin and a crisp texture. Can be harvested at any stage, as baby-size to full maturity about 2"-3" diameter. The smooth dark green tops are mild enough to eat fresh out of the garden along with the roots.
