Known as Broccolini, Aspabroc resembles a broccoli raab with an asparagus stem, and offers a mild taste. First maturity of the central shoots is 50-60 days from transplant. As first central shoot matures, harvest it quickly to encourage better side shoot production. Plants will set 3-5 side shoots shortly thereafter and continue for about four weeks in mild weather.

Michihili type Chinese cabbage known for its sweetness. The uniform heads grow into 18" tall cylinders made of frilly but crisp green leaves. This vigorous variety matures early. Leaves are delicious in a salad or slaw, or they can be boiled, stir-fried, steamed or braised. Long shelf life.

This variety is desired for its semi head, buttery flavor and tolerance to heat, bolting and tipsburn. Cross between Manoa and buttercrunch.Anuenue has smooth leaves and under the right conditions can produce larger heads than Manoa variety. Can be grown year round in Hawai'I. Lettuce matures in 45 to 60 days.

Green Mignonette is a semi-head lettuce,with medium to dark bright-green leaves. It grows 8 to 10 inches tall, and can weigh up to 1 pound. The firmness and size of the head varies based on temperature during growing. It tolerates heat but there can be some tip burn during very hot weather, and heavy rains can bruise the leaves.

Space-saver has 18”-24” vines.The short, flat pods are pale green, sweet and stringless. Peas are tender, crisp and sweet. Harvest the 2 1/2” pods in the flat stage. Resists fusarium wilt.
